Russian offices
Contact our Russian offices for project assistance or other relevant issues:
In our work to promote Norwegian-Russian relations, it is decisive to uphold a close contact with projects managers, state officials, organizations and Russian society in general. The Norwegian Barents Secretariat’s Russian colleagues play an important role in supporting project managers, and do very important work in promoting the Barents Cooperation in Russia.
The Information offices can assist all project participants, and they do information work about the Norwegian Barents Secretariat and Norwegian-Russian relations. All five speak English, and some of them also speak Norwegian.
Our Arkhangelsk Office is also Norway's honorary consulate to Arkhangelsk. The office thus provides information about Norway and visa regulations. As of January 1st 2011 it will also be possible for people in Arkhangelsk Oblast to deliver their application for a Pomor Visa to Norway here.
