<description>The Norwegian border town of Kirkenes is celebrating the Barents Spektakel 2010 festival this week. The festival slogan this year was “Arctic Calling” and the program consisted of conserts, theatre, art exhibitions and debates on numerous topics. A total of 15.000 persons visited the various events of the festival.</description>
