Project Catalogues for 2009

In 2009 grants were given within the 5 different target areas; culture, competence, indigenous peoples’ issues, business development, environmental and health issues. In addition, the Barents Secretariat in 2009 had a fund for multilateral youth projects in the Barents Region, and furthermore a fund for projects within the area of health and social issues and a fund for sports co-operation. Information about projects supported through those funds is given in separate project catalogues.

To receive support a project needs to be a co-operation between a Norwegian and a Russian partner. It is positive if there is also Swedish and Finnish participation in the project, but the support from the Barents Secretariat can only cover Russian and Norwegian costs.

Below you can download the project catalogues for the projects which were given support from us in 2009. The catalogue with “hovedprosjekter” contains the projects which received more than 400.000 NOK in support. The catalogue “småprosjekter” contains the projects which applied for less than 400.000 NOK from us. The catalogue sports projects contains all projects from our recently established sports program.
